Keep the calendars you already use.

Kapcal syncs both ways with Google Calendar, Outlook and Asana, and works with any calendar app that can subscribe to a link. Change a date once.

Google Calendar

Link one Google calendar to a board. Its events appear as items in their own category; titles, dates, times and notes change on either side, and items you add there become events.

Outlook

The same with an Outlook or Microsoft 365 calendar: one calendar per board, kept in step both ways.

Asana

Pick Asana projects and their tasks appear on the board. Asana keeps each task’s title, owner and notes; dates and Done change on either side, and new items can become tasks.

Subscribe to any calendar

Bring in a Google, Outlook or iCloud calendar by its link, one way. It keeps up by itself.

Calendar feeds

Publish the board as a private feed for Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar.

Import and export

Start from a spreadsheet or another calendar: CSV for Excel or Numbers, iCal, and a full JSON copy of the board.

AI assistants

Add Kapcal to Claude or ChatGPT and sign in: no key to copy (scripts use a key from your account). Hand it a PDF, a spreadsheet or an email: it reads the dates, shows you what it would add and change, and puts them on the board once you agree. A revised version of the same document updates those items instead of adding them twice, and every import can be undone for 30 days. How to connect.

Which plan

Two-way sync with Google Calendar, Outlook and Asana comes with the Pro plan; AI assistants and the API with Plus and Pro. Import and export are on every plan; Free includes one calendar subscription and one feed, paid plans as many as you like. See Pricing.
