Drag it onto the calendar. That’s the plan.
Drop a category on a day, stretch it over the days it needs, and link the items that move together. Planning becomes something you do in the meeting, not after it.
Drop, stretch, move
Drag a category onto a day to add an item, pull its end to cover more days, and drag it to move it. Select several and move them together.
Linked items move together
Link two items and moving one moves both, so a review that slips takes its follow-ups with it.
Estimated or firm
Mark a date as estimated until it’s confirmed; it shows dashed. Lock the dates that mustn’t move: only the person who locked them, or an administrator, can unlock them.
Times and time zones
Items are all-day by default. Turn on times when you need them, in 15-minute steps, shown in each person’s time zone.
Repeats
Weekly meetings and recurring sessions as one series: change the series once.
Projects and categories
A colour for each kind of work, categories nested inside others, and a project for each film, client or campaign. Duplicate a project, with or without its dates, to start the next one.
Undo and the keyboard
Undo any move. Move the selected item a day or a week with Alt and the arrow keys.
On your phone
